I have over 20 years experience in the finance industry. I specialised in Credit Risk and Relationship Management. Employed by one of Australia's top four banks as State Manager in the Corporate Credit Risk field. I have extensive knowledge across all industry sectors, while specialising in hospitality finance.

I started JEM Finance Group for a few reasons.

From lending through to exit strategies (debt recovery, including bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings). These include retail, small business, corporate, audit, and debt recoveries. I also have sound experience in structuring transactions within Australia and internationally. Together with stakeholder management, project management, relationship management, problem solving and resiliency.
